About North Retro
North Retro brings together collectors, tinkerers, restorers, developers, and historians.
Our interest runs from early computers through the 2010s. The exact cutoff matters less than the shared interest.
Our purpose
We keep old technology useful. We teach its history. We reduce waste. We build a social club.
Our area
North Retro is based in Anoka County, Minnesota. People from across the north metro are welcome.
Who joins
North Retro is for adults age 18 and older. Minors attend in-person events with a parent or guardian.
Our values
We expect respect. Racism, sexism, transphobia, bullying, and harassment lead to removal. Read the Code of Conduct.
Dues
Membership is free. The Board will announce dues before charging them. Donations help pay for future club needs.
